About your host – Tim McNeilly
Tim’s been fermenting since the mid 90’s, and has been running the awokeshops for over 10 years.
His passion and unique teaching methods will leave you inspired to take-on everything covered in the course, confident in the outcome of your creations at home.
His vast knowledge of gut health, diet, nutrition and detoxing, will be generously shared, opening up possibilities for you to become the master of your own health.
AM Session – Green Smoothies, Beetroot Kvass, Sauerfraut, Kimchi, Carrot/Ginger Viili Yoghurt, Pineapple Tepache
LUNCH – Featuring Organic, homegrown, and local produce – miso soup, salad, ferments, hommus, beetroot dip, kale chips, flax crackers, spicy sprouted lentil crackers, chia (all recipes included)
PM Session – Honey Mead, Kombucha, Honey/Ginger/Turmeric Ferment, Cacao Smoothie, Chia Pudding, Electrolyte Lemonde & Liposomal Vitamin C
